NEW SCULPTURE TRAIL
The latest new city project is a Sculpture Trail created by the City Council to take residents and visitors on a walk around the city to see and learn the history of old statues plus the new sculptures created by local artists.
World famous and city born, Walenty Pytel a renown metal sculptor has created a pair of swans on the banks of the River Wye and by the Cider Museum a Kingfisher with a minnow in its mouth. The trail has a booklet, available in the Town Hall and a telephone app giving the history of each of the new attractions. Full report and photos in The Portfolio.
